Definitely hands down the best experience I have ever had at a jewelry shop. The owner was very nice and was willing to not only explain everything to me so perfectly when discussing how to fix my broken graduation ring, but also gave me a complete break down of what it will cost me. We even discussed what to do for my next visit because I couldn't pay for all of the repairs at once so he broke it down for each. I honestly barley recognized my ring because it was so new. It shines brighter then it has in over 5 years! Absolutely love the experience, customer service, repaired ring, and I will gladly return.

I had some rings that needed repairs, so I took them to Ram jewelry. I lost an accent stone on a ring my Grandma gave me and they did a fantastic job fixing it for me. They replaced the stone, tightened everything up, and cleaned it. I couldn't be happier with the repair. Now I know it's in perfect shape to hand down again. The repair was done quickly and very reasonably. Thank you Ram jewelry.... I've already left another ring for them to repair for me.
