Friendly, helpful, and humorous. They checked all options for me to get my moms car insured and got the best deal. They didn't try to upsell me with a higher insurance plan. As a matter of fact when I asked about it the assured me it was necessary seeing as how my moms car wasn't worth that much. I would recommend this place to all.

Honestly, I've been with my current insurance company for 11 years which longview insurance helped me find when I desperately needed insurance and had a lot of issues. I was thankful for their help. But the last 3 or 4 times I've dealt with them has been terrible. I recently bought a brand new vehicle. I called and was told I would receive a call back. 3 hours later I got a call...which I understand they were busy. The person on the phone transferred me to someone else after calling me. After waiting on hold a woman picked up and was very loud and very disrespectful. I was asking about maybe recieving some other quotes to try and lower my rates. She was rude and very unhelpful. I told her she could give me a call and I would do my best to step away and answer while at work. She sounded extremely annoyed and said she would email me in about 15 minutes with new quotes...which was fine. Still have yet to receive anything. This is probably the last time I will be dealing with them after being disrespected so many times. I was also very respectful and calm while on the phone and still recieved horrible service. Time to move on I guess.

Awsome. Sarah is like a dog on a bone. Found me the best insurance best price for my needs.n(That was March 2020)nUpdate July 2020: needed to update my car insurance to WA state ( from MN & other brand). Sarah got back to me with in a day or so with the best options for me. I was amazed that she found less expensive insurance, with a different brand , for our 3 cars than we were already paying. Plus it was better & more complete coverage.

Small parking lot, so be ready or you will pass it before you know it. Brokers several kinds of insurance here and you might be surprised at what types they can help you with. Friendly staff, working weekdays from 9 to 5 and no Saturday hours so it will take a phone call if you can't get there during those hours. Payments can be made here as well, but of course there are websites to take your money too so it is an option.
