Called them once another towing company did not show up and left me stranded. They arrived within 10 minutes and the tow driver was super nice! I would highly recommend!
Ron got me out of a ditch during the snow storm and was so helpful and efficient. Scariest experience of my life but he made it a lot better. Thank you again Ron.
Rich was awesome.. he changed my rear tire to the spare so my car could be towed.. he also offered a ride to the shop. He made the process honest & straight forward. Thank you, I would definitely use them again, preferably Rich!
I had one of my vehicles towed by them today. Aaron came out within 15 minutes of my call, and he was not only polite and professional, but friendly and helpful too. The very modern and clean flatbed really was impressive; Aaron was able to load and secure my small SUV in less than 5 minutes, even though the rear brakes were seized up because of the reason that it had to be towed. He even used hard rubber wedges under my tires to prevent flat spots on my tires because he had to winch the vehicle forward 40 feet with seized rear brakes to get it on the truck.nnThis is the second time I have used them and have been happy both times. As an owner of a ground transportation company it is good to know I have a company so close that I can rely on to do the job right and at a good price. No business is immune to bad days so it's good to know help is on the way when I need it.nnAlso I REALLY like that they do not do impounding for non-governmental assistance. Profiting off of the extrajudicial seizure of someone's property is morally repugnant, and I refuse to do business with pirates!
Great company to do business with. Very honest and reputable operation. Would definitely reccomend their services and have no problem staking our reputation on that reccomendation! Top notch towing compnay all around.
