Safari Childcare

Not only did I use to work for Safari but I have three kids who went to their daycare as well. My kids and I really enjoyed Safari. Julie and Laura were the best managers I ever worked for. Still think of them often. Only reason why I left was the location that I was at, at the time was too far of a drive for me. Other wise I would still be with Safari. Never had anything bad to say about them. They helped me get to where I am today. My kids and I miss our Safari work family!

My kids have been going for about 6 months now. I have never had a more pleasant experience. The teachers love my children, and my children love their caregivers. The Director is kind and runs a tight ship! I'm really impressed at how clean the facility is and all of the great activities they have for the kids.

Under staffed all children of different ages combined in one class. Zero communication after a weekend come back and the director quit and all the teachers. Shortly after my kid is having issues. His behaviors stream from the lack of structure all of the sudden new teachers. I had to leave work twice to pick up my 3 year old. I pay them to watch him and they call saying he was having behavior issues. My son never acts out at home or with anyone who babysits him.Nor has he ever had issues at his previous day care. On my sons last day i anticipated a call and long and behold i get that call to come get him. The teachers are all young girls whom have no children and limited experience with children. None of the staff are qualifed perhaps have zero college level early childhood degrees or classes. My son has been in daycare since he was 6 weeks old. Never has he had issues or iv been called from work to get him. Another family said on her sons last week there she was also called to get him. I was given a price match to my previous daycare.Before moving my child I made sure to ask if it was promotional because id hate to move my son and 6 months later be given a different tuition. 4 months later they want to change tutition apparently they price match u to get you there then go up on tuition. Steer clear if they offer price match because 4 months you will be given a different tuition. There are several other daycare centers near dont waste your time with this place. All the other Safaris closed. I think this one will be soon.. low cenus in children and staff.

They are very rude. My nephew is a tough kid to handle i get it but the thing is he wasnt being good that day and every other kid got a cupcake. And he was crying and crying while seeing other kids get a cupcake. That is very rude how you gonna do that??? If your not going to give a kid a cupcake dont give any out at all. I was taught in school if we braught things like cupcakes or snacks, we had to bring enough for everybody. So no one feels left out. Smh and hes only 4!!!....
