The hotel gym needs improvements to match the level of other Hilton Garden Inn gyms. I was disappointed to only find the weights to be from 5-12.5 pounds, no bench, no weight machine, and when I went to use one of the treadmills the buttons didn’t work properly to change speed or raise/lower the belt. The rest of the hotel is nice enough, clean, friendly staff but the gym really needs work so that is why I rated it 3 stars.
Outstanding location and a nice clean spacious room. Several restaurants and stores within a few minute drive.
Nice accommodations but could.us some updating in the pool spa area
First of all, the staff was wonderful. Had a hard time with how dirty the jacuzzi in our room was, we even moved rooms after finding hairs in the first jacuzzi. The second jacuzzi seemed clean enough but once we got in and ran the water, dirt and grime covered us and the jacuzzi. It was gross. We attempted to ignore the grime as a means of psychological preservation, however I still feel gross when I think about it. Not a good feeling, and definitely not worth the money we paid for the room. Also the pool was small and outdated and the hot tub was closed which was also a bummer. But the shining star was definitely the 2nd and 3rd shift staff, very kind people.
Room was clean. Staff was efficient and friendly. Window shades actually darken the room so you're not up with the sun! Took off one star because the air conditioner was very loud as was the toilet that kept intermittently running.
