Awesome employee. Always friendly
This was very upsetting they advertise with car wash the gas is 2.09, but now where does it say that you have to pump gas first. I got a car wash and they did not honor the price listed. I feel this was false advertising and really not caring for customers, no where does it state that to get a discount you must pay for gas first! Never going to a Citgo again! At least honor the fact that I did pay for a car wash and change the price for me.
The guy inside is a d***wad. Gas wasn't bad but if you need anything regarding customer service? Forget it. I accidentally pressed the wrong car wash option, which easily could have been remedied by a simple exchange of money (it was all an even amount! He just had to give $4 out of the cash register) and instead of helping he pushed me away and said it was impossible to exchange the money. Clear they just wanted the money. Absolute worst
