Furthermore, they have provided a reliable professional within the company that I can work with on future projects and orders. In closing, I look forward to working with Hines Supply on upcoming projects.nnOLD POST: My wife and I purchased two exterior doors, (Thermatru Brand), and we worked with “the door salesman”.   Although both doors are impressive and good quality - Thermatru Brand builds a nice product. The showroom at this location is nice and may provide some helpful ideas in planning your next project.nnNOTE: this is my second Google Review, the Management at Hines, flagged and removed the first - per a little birdie at Google.nnThe salesman was aloof and uninformed on the product lines. Example, we compared both Thermatru and Masonite.  Masonite had no raised trim around the window while Thermatru did.  My wife liked the smooth look of Masonite but the quality of Thermatru, the door salesman assured us that Thermatru could be ordered without the trim around the window. That is not the case. The doors where delivered with trim around the window, after three conversations, requesting otherwise. Thus, one of many facts why the salesman was uninformed on the product lines.nnThe door salesman's lack of followup and complete lack of attention to detail toward our order cost us time and money. Our order ran over 45 days past delivery date and arrived with missing parts. Parts outstanding after delivery that I have inturn purchased elsewhere to complete the project. He notoriously would not return phone calls or emails even after I would stop by the store to check on the order. Other employees would giggle and laugh and say “Sorry, no one can help you” or “He never returns calls”. None the less, I caught him one time in the store and he offered to compensate for the disservice, with a small discount, (a credit to our charge card). However, Hines Supply aka Elevations has yet to credit the discount or to return any of our phone calls pertaining to the discount.nnSo, Caveat emptor - buyer beware.
