Friendly customer service and the desire to make the customer happy. The coffee is hot and fresh and deli food is prepared many times while you wait so it is hot and fresh too.

Bought 2 posh e-cigarettes tonight, one didn't work, woman at the counter refused to give me a new one, refund me, or give me any type of credit.nAfter reading these reviews I'm not surprised with the customer service.

3x now, these owners have delibrately ripped me off. They do not sell at advertised prices, rather they put prices up but the computer shows differently. If you correct them, they walk over to the price and remove it and will tell me that it is wrong.nI tried to give this place another chance as it's closer to me, but 2 different employees are willing to rip me off over such small amounts, it's absurd. The owners, late-middle aged man and woman, are GREEDY. 3 times now they falsely advertised their prices.nNever Again. Not going to be treated with such disrespect.nI'm going back to Bucky's/Mobil
