Rosca de reyes is dry and stale with a burnt taste that was not tasty at all. I asked if the bread is fresh I was told yes from the same Day i bought it. I bought a medium size one for $26 and change this should at least give you disposable knife for that kind of money. I will not return to this bakery for this item. You could go some where else for it and cheaper like Cermak store or anywhere that makes this bread. The experience will make me think hard to return for anything else or just not come back at all. I have bakery near me I should just stick with them at least they would give disposable knife for rosca de Reyes.
Parra Bakery was able to make me a beautiful birthday cake for my five year old on short notice and they nailed the design. It received many compliments on the design and the taste! Delish!
