Love DD COFFEE, Sad they don't carry Apple Spice, but heck bought 6 dozens to bring back to South Dakota. A must stop.
If you're going to sell soft, mushy, raw tasting hash browns at least list it on the menu. Wraps were undercooked as well!! Been here many times ... and this ain't the first time this has happened.nCoffee was fine.
Steady flow of one car at a time in drive through. I went inside with 6 year old so it’s easier for him to pick a donut. 2 female employees, not a single word. 3 minutes later 2 others came inside and we waited another 2 minutes. Employees never said a word so we left. Having a child who earned a donut after getting the flu shot, I went to the drive through and of course they instantly take the order because no one was in line. If you only want drive through orders, at least tell people!nnUpdate: Simple 3 donut order and they messed it up! I know there was chocolate with sprinkles because we just stared at them for 5 minutes, yet they gave without sprinkles!
Even when you ask for light ice and it’s pretty much all ice. I basically wasted $5 on ice with a splash of coffee. I’ve asked them to remake it before and the staff gives attitude. I order the same drink pretty much everyday, and yet the drink quality is never consistent at this location. I’ve reached out and complained before and was told the franchisee would follow up, but they never bothered. Looks like I need to find a different location.
