This place is awesome! We were able to find what we need in a short period time. Karen R. is very patient and knowledgeable, she provided us with great service and showed us around until we find what we need. She gave us great advice and suggestions. Overall, great experience!
I have been renting from PS in Mount Prospect IL for over 6 years, and my experience has been excellent. The building is well maintained, clean and secure. Roger the location manager and the other staff have been very helpful when I've had questions.
I came in to the location spoke with your employee think her name was Karen R very sweet lady She was able to answer all my questions I would love to rent from you guys but you didn’t have the size that I was looking for very helpful if I decide to rent in the near future I will come there thank you and please tell your employee Karen thank you very much for walking me out to my car
Roger @ Public Storage is always fantastic to work with! Roger's team at the Mount Prospect location is amazing and the reason why I stay at this location.
Came in looking for additional space coming up to store my work equipment. Have rented with Roger in the past so I came back to inquire about spaces that I would need. He answered all my questions and I will definitely be back when I need the space.
