I decided to visit Beyond Self Storage based on a referral from a friend. I went to see if they had a storage bay that would fit my needs. I was immediately helped by the manager and he took me to see the various storage bays that were available. The facility appeared to be very clean and climate controlled (a big plus). They have carts available to move your items from your vehicle to the storage bays and I liked that they have security cameras throughout the building. The manager was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and I decided to rent a storage bay. The customer service was excellent and the rates are reasonable. All and all a good experience. Since writing this review, Beyond Storage was acquired by Public Storage. I got the same good service from the staff at Public Storage.

I already had a unit at this facility when it was beyond simply storage and then public storage bought them. It seems so far public storage is keeping the grounds up well! I needed a bit more room for things to be comfortable while storing. I went into the office on Wednesday the 14th and was met by Carmella. I talked with her and told her I needed another smaller unit in addition to the one I already had.nnI told Carmella I wanted to unit added on to my already automated payment. She made sure everything went smooth. In the end, everything was signed and agreed on. She walked me through everything in detail and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable! Definitely a 10/10 five star service experience from Carmella. She is great ! I’m happy to give them my business and store things here ! :)

I'm in the process of moving which has already been a challenge with this weather, so I stopped in this location yesterday to look at units. Adam was very professional and patient with me and took his time showing me pricing and unit sizes as I'm downsizing apartments so I need a lot of room but don't want to overpay for space I wouldn't use. The units he showed me looked to be in newer condition and the building was very clean. I'm glad I chose this location and I appreciate Adam help making my move a little easier.

When picking up the lock and first time renting storage I was helped by Carmela who was very polite friendly and helpful. Carmela showed me the unit how the lock worked and answered many questions I had.nExcellent first impressions.nThe unit was clean, easy to find and a great price.

Carmela helped me with my rental. She was awesome. At the end of the process she mentioned she was new. I would never have thought that! She was professional and able to answer the couple questions I had. Good luck to her.
