** Update.. they did it again to me. No call to ask me health questions or get my ok to charge my card for my specialty pharmacy order. When I email them I got the cut and paste response again. VERY unprofessional.nnCustomer Service is one of the worst around. They cut and paste nonsense when you write to them about an issue. Usually they cut and paste the wrong answers. I am forced to use them due to my insurance. Paying these people to respond is wasting so much money!

I have tried to return phone calls and have been on hold 30 minutes. Such awful service unbelievable!

So far, no one knows what they are doing or who does what! Customer service doesn't really care if you get your meds on time and don't call back when they should. I would prefer to do everything online but no one has given it as an option. You would think they would have it together but sadly CS is slow and dismissive. Good luck!

Just got my insurance switched due to new job , forced me from Walgreens to CVS, its been a nightmare,
