I called the pharmacy to cancel a couple of prescriptions. I was on hold for 20 minutes listening to the same babble over and over. When the pharmacist finally answered, she said they were closed for lunch. Please, put that information on the message so that one can call back when the pharmacy is open. That is just poor service as far as I'm concerned.

I've only dealt with them twice. Once in person and once on the phone. Would be nice to see a smile or hear on the phone that I'm not imposing on their time.
