Beautiful and serene. There is a bike and paved trail around the lake. It's about one and a half miles. There is a very small beach area with a little playground for small children. A cute little air conditioned cafe with very clean bathrooms! Leads out to a deck that over looks the lake. Paddle boat rentals are also available. Wheelchair accessible.
Good for the kids, very quiet place. Just needed to park in the block behind the park. Bring mosquito repellent.
Took the kids to this lake, they have a rule that you can only go knee deep and no swimming allowed, Nice place just dissapointed, and no signs posted about the rules.
5498 steps around the lake. Good shoes, bottle of water and smile.
