I luckily slept on top of blanket and in my clothes cause be was not clean roach was crawling around
We on our second night here. We just got back to the room and room service didn’t clean our room. So I go to the desk and ask the lady for new sheets cause we messed them up.she said no she don’t have the keep to the sheets. So After going back and forth she end up giving us some sheets. So I ask can we get a blanket with that. She said no and leave her alone. And walked back in the office. This is so unprofessional. She said they clean the room every other day. THATS NASTY.
Came in off the road men over-the-road driver Father's Day weekend I explained to them I would like to check in Friday leave Sunday spoke to two people nice time what time or what's the earliest I can check in I was told I can check in at any time so I actually checked in before 6 a.m. Friday it was something like 4 in the morning I asked the lady to check me in will I be checking out Sunday look me straight in the face and said yes. Went out Saturday come back can I get into my room tried to pay an additional $60 just to check out on Sunday
Wonderful service and excellent food.
My son, an essential employee during this pandemic, needed to get a room. I brought him here and needed to use the bathroom while he checks in. I'm diabetic and had a dire need to use it. This person flat out refused. An incident persued, long story short, my son went elsewhere. To deny a basic human need is outrageous.
