Very good gym, has some of the best equipment. Went around evening time and was able to use all equipment as needed. I would definitely come back to this gym.

Always have a good time here! I visit when I’m in town because they have great set of equipment and gym is always clean.

The Zone River Trails Park District workouts changes and I don’t have to think about what I need to do. I like that we get one-on-one coaching if we’re not in the correct position. The coaches motivate everyone and I love how the music helps us keep in pace.
