Great neighborhood gym. No frills, but it does have all the equipment you need to do any workout you can think up. The personal trainers are knowledgeable and have helped me be better than I ever could on my own.
The staff at this gym is so pleasant and helpful! The facility is ever clean and the classes are so convenient.
EAD gives you a true sense of community. Athletes of all levels pushing and supporting each other to achieve personal fitness goals.nnThe coaches are knowledgeable, friendly, and encouraging - and a big reason for me to continually attend classes. I truly appreciate the education and feedback on proper body mechanics for various movements and lifts completed in each class.
I have been an athlete at EAD for three years, and it has been the best decision I made to join and train with this truly amazing group of people. The coaching staff is friendly, approachable, and very knowledgeable. I love coming here!
