At first, this place seemed like it was missing a leader for the younger staff. Most staff members were seen just hanging out. I’ve been frequent visitor as of late and it seems to have someone in place that is giving direction. Staff is constantly seen cleaning floors, wiping down machines, dusting down equipment... where before that little detail stuff was being missed. I know that some will say that stuff doesn’t matter... but when it’s being done it shines a positive light on the work the staff is doing to keep the place clean and sanitized during this interesting COVID-19 era of doing business. That little detail stuff doesn’t go unnoticed. The staff is friendly and attentive.nnThanks to the team here. If you’re looking for a clean place to workout - you should definitely check this location out.

This place needs more employees. So many people are working out with their mask off. Hanging off their ears or below their noses. I asked someone two days in a row to go tell them. One person did, but the next day another employee said he was the only one there and could not leave the front desk. Also, I do not see anyone cleaning the machines. I used to go to the Des Plaines location. I always saw someone cleaning the machines. Also alot of people do not take the spray bottles with them and do not even clean the machines when they are done. I would appreciated if the Manager of this location would take care of this issue.nThanks

I come to this gym about 4 days out of the week then suddenly today the front desk people are harassing me about my I.D normally the staff are really friendly and I never have any problems please take a closer look, open those eyes before you decide to say someone isn't who they are

For the people on here writing bad reviews about not wearing mask. If your that paranoid STAY HOME.... forever!nnThe world does not have revolve around fear based media. While I work out at this gym I do not wear a mask and guess what it is NOT mandatory. So tired of the mask police already find a new hobby.nnThis gym is alway clean, staff is very friendly and equipment is all fairly new. The best part Is their monthly rate is very reasonable.nnSo to my fellow members please stop complaining, control issues is not a good look on anyone.
