Great experience. I’m from Colorado Springs and am in town for just two weeks. They hooked me up with a two week pass. Staff was incredibly helpful and polite. Facility is super clean and equipment is in great shape. Will be back

The general manager Phil Abrell at this location is very unprofessional! He cancelled my membership without me asking him to do so. He won’t answer any emails anymore. I wasn’t ready to go back because the COVID 19. He charged my credit card while my membership was on hold and when I asked to get the money back he refused to pay anything back and cancelled my membership. He won’t even let me know the reason why he can’t pay the money back. I will let my credit card company fight this for me. What the heck is wrong with this guy? Be aware!
This place is great! It exceeded my friends and I expectations. The staff is really friendly. David the training manager and Kai the manager were really helpful!
