Mike is extremely knowledgeable about the body, nutrition, and exercise science and is always explaining why I’m doing each exercise and how I’m benefiting from it. Works outs were appropriately geared to what I was able to do and would get progressively more challenging as our sessions went on. I definitely feel stronger, more fit, and happy about my 80 pound weight loss! I highly recommend Mike and the other members of the Pure Elite Fitness team - David, Maria, and Laura! Their classes are high energy without being intimidating or boring. Pure Elite Fitness is the right investment in yourself!
Great place, definitely recommend Pure Elite Fitness! I have Mike as my trainer. He really knows what he's talking about and I've been learning a lot. Coming off a pretty bad ankle injury and working with him has been a big help with my recovery.
I am 72-year old. The best thing happened to my life is that in April last during lockdown period, my son motivated me to take personal training classes at Pure Elite Fitness Center in Arlington Heights. Because of his persistence, I started one hour class two times in a week. And what ever exercise they make me to do there, I do at home everyday. And believe me, in four months I lost almost 20 lbs weight, my sugar level got in control and my blood pressure remains within 120 over 80. I feel fresh and energetic everyday. Thank you Pure Elite Fitness and its wonderful team bringing my life back. I surely recommend my fellow seniors to join with Pure Elite Fitness if you really want to live a healthy life. They do offer some free classes. Try it you will be happy that you made this decision.nPrashant Shah
I walked into the guy looking to get in fitness shape. I am a fighter but had not been working out for sometime. I explained what I wanted to achieve when I was at the gym. I walked into the gym around 240 lbs. I explained that I wanted to be around 180 lbs and lean. David took his time to show me how to workout with correct form. Help me reach my goals and built me a program that worked great for my body. Great guy even better trainer .nThanks , David
Mike, a wonderful personal trainer everyone should havenI'm 45-year old and I have a polio since I was 8-year old. Because of my polio every now and then I used to tumble while walking.nTwo months ago, my brother introduced me with Mike, one of the owner of Pure Elite -- a personal trainer and specialize in therapeutic treatment. I never realized how this experience would transform my life. Mike, not only provided me the support I needed to learn how to exercise effectively and how to push my body to reach it’s potential, but also provided valuable support on a personal level. He made me see what I deserve (a healthy life – physically and mentally), showed me that I am strong and that I am valuable. Over time, I noticed myself becoming more confident, giving myself more self-worth and speaking up for myself in situations where I would normally stay silent. The fear of falling down which was hunting me every now and then disappeared.nI think many people, myself included (before I began this classes two time a week), equate someone going to a personal trainer as someone who is vain and has money to burn. It is actually the complete opposite. Investing in your health and a better you is time and money that is never wasted. Honestly, going to a personal trainer like Mike and eating right is not as expensive as it seems.nI finally feel like I have control over my life in all aspects. I am excited to continue working with Mike as I become stronger, more confident, healthier and happier each day. I still have a long way to go and a lot of goals I want to accomplish. I notice myself dreaming bigger now, and instead of saying, “I could never do that,” instead I wonder “how long will it take for me to be able to master that and move on to the next goal?”
