I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Hearth & Home. From the initial phone call (extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff) to the in-store visit (super helpful, no pressure) to the measurement visit to the install. This is a truly well-run business. The investment in the fireplaces is totally worth it - they look amazing and create such a calming vibe in our home. If you're even remotely interested in installing a fireplace in your home, go to Hearth & Home.
We couldn't be happier with our new fireplace! The unit is just beautiful and authentic-looking. Everyone from our salesperson, Tom, to the installers, Mario and Casey, were knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend Hearth & Home!
