We live in Crystal Lake, IL and we had a great experience with Fairfield. We hired them for a renovation project that included the entire first floor including a full kitchen replacement and tearing down walls for an open floor plan. Also for new windows, doors, siding and porch details. This was not a small job. First of all, we discussed our budget. They created a scope of work based on that and we knew exactly what we were getting into. (Also like $50,000 to $100,000 less expensive than the other quotes we got.) Any changes -- either planned or unexpected -- we discussed and priced before work was started. They pretty much completed the work within deadline. Any punch list items that came up later were fixed. Very positive experience. Would definitely use them again on any further projects.

I would definitely recommend Renovations By Fairfield. I had my entire dream kitchen redone by them. Stephanie, a very talented designer, along with Scott, the builder, helped me pick out everything. Cabinets, flooring and even all my appliances. Their entire team is very professional and will not settle for anything that is not prefect.
