Fran was absolutely wonderful to work with on my flooring project!! This was my first house project of many and she helped me envision my overall long-term design plans for my house. She patiently worked with me (never pressured) to find just the right flooring that I absolutely love, serving short and long term designs. She was respectful of my budget and never pushed me to choose something that surpassed it. Once I landed on the flooring I loved, she made the arrangements for the installation in a reasonable amount of time. The guys who installed it did an excellent job and were extremely kind. They completed the install in one day. I love how it turned out!! I'd recommend working with Fran at America's Flooring Store to anyone and I'll be heading back out there to pick Fran's brain for my next project soon! The quality of this vinyl plank flooring is absolutely lovely. And you can see in the last picture that the gentlemen who installed it did a perfect job lining it up. Chef's kiss!

Fran is super to work with-very responsive and extremely knowledgeable. Her crew did a great job and finished quickly. Very happy with the end result. Beautiful wood floors. Pricing was very reasonable. We will be going back for carpet in a few months.

We are very pleased with the service of America's Flooring Store. We initially ordered an engineered floor that came in damaged. The store worked with us to solve the problem. We then had a real wood insulation done with Christian's work crew. Truly amazing - they did a beautiful job. We needed a stain the coordinate with the wood in our living room and a terrific job was done with creating a match. The one installer answered I Love My Job when I asked him how he felt about installing floors - one cannot get a better answer! The customer service, quality of work and shopping experience here was one of the best. I highly recommend America's Flooring Store for your flooring needs.

We are completely thrilled and happy with our new carpet and especially the sanding done on our stairs. It was such a beautiful job we hated to cover them with a carpet runner. Fran was excellent to work with. Her knowledge and attention to detail was outstanding. I recommend them without hesitation and Fran without exception!

Overall we had a positive experience, and our floors look great. I worked with Joe, who was very professional and helpful. This was our first flooring project, so we were taken aback by a few things and recommend asking certain questions going in. For example, I recommend getting on the same page regarding panel alignment direction and work expectations, especially with dust. (We expected dust, but not necessarily in closed cabinets - we would have taken additional precautions if we were prepared for this). We did have some communication issues with the crew, but Joe was able to resolve the issues to our satisfaction. I recommend working with Joe at America's Flooring Store.
