I got 4 of my island chairs reupholstered here. Chris has done everything and more to make sure we have been happy with the results. He is incredibly responsive, professional, timely, and most of all does quality work. I highly recommend and will undoubtedly be returning for any future reupholstering/restoration needs.
Theory did amazing work , my chairs looks great. I’m very pleased with the results.
I spoke to them on the phone, told them need asap. They asked me to e mailed pictures of the chair I need to have fixed. I told them I have extra leather to fix it. Said I really need this done asap. Took them a few days to respond and then got e mail back saying they need to see item. Told them anytime. Still waiting,
These guys run a great family business and are BERY Good at what they do. Reupholstery at its finest! I recommend you give them your furniture and see their Magic - you don’t need to replace your furniture after you see what they do !!
Wow! Honest guys. I took a very contoured piece of furniture to them and asked for quote to have it redone in leather. Mike said they could do it but wouldn't recommend it. He said in order to get it to lay and look right they would have to glue it since there was no framing to attach to. He said they would tackle it if I insisted but I probably wouldn't be happy with the end results. I've seen their work quality all the way through and then honest merchants to boot. Thanx guys I will be back and send others.
