They are very nice, but they put way too much cream when I ask for regular cream

Horrible experience. I went because I got an email for a free doughnut. Placed my order in the drive through and was told I needed to pay through the ap to redeem. So I added my card and asked several workers how to pay and none of them knew but were getting upset at their customer for not knowing how their ap worked? Their manager then had the audacity to tell me I was holding the line up because they were the ones that told me I needed to pay through the ap then didn’t even know how it worked themselves. Don’t you think if you tell your customer who is paying YOUR company money how to do something that YOUR staff should know how it works? And then to give me attitude? Absolutely horrendous. Do not visit this location they will treat you poorly and then not even know that their doing. Skip it and go to a different one or Starbucks where you’ll actually be treated correctly.

I checked the hours from web and verified it is 11pm. We went there with my friend. At 8:30pm, the cashier came and said that the store is closing. While we were going out, I saw the hours (11:00pm) on the front door and asked him again. He claimed it is only for drive thru which is not. Unbelievable... I am really wondering how it can be??? Worst experience ever...

I wish I read these reviews sooner. Went to get coffee through the drive thru. Pulled up and noticed the worker not wearing his mask and handing out the car in front of mes order. Needless to say I drove past the window and didn't even think twice about taking my coffee home. I called and it was literally pointless. They wanted me to come in and speak with them. Um what? No thank you
