I was very impressed. The employees were very nice and I would surely come back.
What a joke this dunkin and the worker who works here is!! I went to the drive thru on November 11th and started ordering my order. I clearly told that I want small mocha latte with less ice and he didn't understood for the first time. I repeated it but still he was not able to understand it. I knew the language he was speaking and he didn't knew that. He then started to abuse me in the language I also knew. I don't want to write here what he told me. We left from there without ordering it. This is the first time I am facing such issue in the states. Worst dunkin ever. I am also reporting this issue to the franchise.
Tell the owner to change the hour I went there special drive for ice cream by 11:30 pm and they are closed then why they said to google map it’s 24 hour. No good change the hour please.
Amazing service the young gall had a smile and you can tell she enjoys her job...the other guy amazing also great attitude a pleasure to make the drive here and am writing this review after the other dunking donuts supposedly had no bananas for banana splits..I rather travel now instead of going close to my house sometimes u have to travel to get great customer service.
The staff was friendly and very helpful. The other customers kind of made it difficult for us to order but the staff made up for it. Will go back again when we want ice cream
