I had an issue with the app and they were very rude and I’ve worked in food service for almost 3 years and the saying is the customer is always right. I showed proof and still didn’t get my order but luckily called customer service and got some credit. I’ve had a problem similar and the Dunkin by me on Rand road was very considerate and nice but this one they were rude and did not offer any help besides sending me somewhere else that wasn’t even the right place.
A coffee over here relaxes your mood in the morning. The best coffee served with fresh donuts. Thank you.
Poorly run....Bad experience 2x. They Can’t toast a bagel if their future careers depended on it. Bagels are way way tough chewy and tastes meh microwaved. Will go back to Rolling Meadows location.

If I could rate this Dunkin’ zero stars I would. This Dunkin’ is the worst Dunkin’ ever. Every girl in the morning has the worst attitude ever. I can’t ask for anything without getting a bothered face. Apparently their management is so poor because nothing ever changes. It’s like the little girls run the place. Pathetic. Save your time and don’t go here. A lot of my family members went there but they stopped due to the horrible service. I hope the owner realizes this is an issue before it’s way to late and lose more customers.
