I wouldn't even give them one star. My son had a cauterization procedure on his nose in 2020. He was supposed to see Dr. Jay Dutton who is a licensed physician but, instead, to our surprise, PA Chris Larsen, did the procedure. We specifically requested a doctor. Nevertheless, his nose was worse after the procedure and we would never go back there. It bleeds more than ever. Re: Insurance. Our insurance company paid most of the bill but University Head and Neck still charged us ridiculous amount of $349.95 out of pocket. Total amount was $927.00. We could not afford the $349.95 right away so we were making our monthly payments every month. These people had the nerve during the COVID pandemic to send us 4 nasty letters saying we had an outstanding balance on several occasions even though we were sending them our payments. We are hardworking people and always pay our bills. Most importantly, my son did not get the proper treatment. I would not recommend going to University Head & Neck. I talked to Tina in billing a few times and she was very rude telling me to provide proof from my bank that I paid them. Why should I do their job? Very ignorant people.

Always good to go see Dawn and Dr. Lofchey. I feel that I am treated by the best. I always come away feeling I have received the best possible care. I would recommend them 100% to anyone.

This place is insanely expensive even with a visual exam I had done on my sinuses and my ears cleaned even with insurance. 10/10 wouldn't go back.
