Orland Park AT&T store has very good customer service. Jose is the best employee there. Our family has found that dealing with Jose is much better than dealing with the manager. The manager is more about getting them numbers type of attitude, while Jose has more of a customer-centered approach. He gets exactly what the customer wants with no sneak deals (phone insurance, AT&T Next).nAgain, only downside is that Jose is not the manager of this store.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly in the store! I had so many problems with my account and my phone and Jose helped me tremendously!! It took awhile to get everything fixed but he was determined to help me which I greatly appreciate! I’m so glad I went in. If you need anything make sure to ask for Jose!!

I give a huge shout out to Jamie in the Orland Park AT&T on LaGrange in Orland Park Illinois. I called AT&T to be a new customer the online service was deceiving and horrible. I went to the store pretty upset but then I sat down with Jamie. She works so hard! She sat with me I swear for about 2 hours and got everything worked out and explained everything and we got our phones and 2 watches. Since then I have gone into the store since the initial visit with questions and she was was there for me again to help me. She is a great asset to AT&T.

Jose was extremely helpful! Amazing customer service. So patient and worked with us on reviewing our plan and helped us make adjustments to a plan that saved us money! Next time you are in this store ask for Jose!

I came to Att store having questions about my uVerse. I spoke with Jose Lopez last Sunday. I was concerned about my bill being so high. He gave me some options then he introduced Att Tv to me . I told him that I was going to come back during the week. He gave me his business card and told me when he would be available. I was excited that I came back the following Saturday to purchase it. Jose Lopez was extremely helpful . He helped set up the service and the boxes. I am so happy with the services he provided. I would recommend him to other friends for att products and services.nI highly recommend him. His costumer service is Outstanding and Exceptional!!nStella Parhas
