I just left Taco Bell and I went through the drive-thru window 3 times because of a messed up order. Tonight 4/10/21 they didn't have sour cream and mild sauce. I asked for a chicken taco Supreme and I was given a plain tortilla shell, wrapped around a hard shell taco with chicken on the inside WOW!! The lady that took the order couldn't hear my order and didn't seem like she wanted or was interested in working tonight. Tonight was not a good night for Taco Bell in Orland. The mess up ruined the appetite.

i give this 1 star being extremely generous. i should know better by now about this location. always rude, food is always old or skimpy serving on refried beans(the cheapest item to be cheap on they mixing with water to spread it out and last longer....i have enough of this location and won't be back. is this why taco bells are in trouble??? cheap owners workers with bad altitudes and bad quality foods. id rather drive to the other taco bell 30 minutes away. next time your rude to a customer think of this oost because im sure who ever you are workin the drive thu on today 4/62021 at 430 pm will be your last day with taco bell. all it takes is to smile and say yes or no , or havr a good day ,or welcome.

Pulled up in to the drive through window 11-20-20 at around 6:30 pm. Was immediately told by the girl on the speaker that their doing a shift change and to pull in the parking lot and wait 15 minutes before returning to the speaker to place our order. We informed the girl that we would not be waiting for15 minutes and returning . I hope a manager reads my review and pulls time cards to find out who was on the clock when this occurred. I highly doubt this is protocol for a shift change. P.S. Culver's across the street took our order right away.

They need to shut this location down!nRude employees and when I ask where’s the manager or what is the managers name they just ignore me extremely unprofessional! Everyone who is on the clock should be fired! I urge the owner of this location to view your camera footage from 5:40 to 5:50 or so..nI personally am going to tell everyone in our community to not go there! CLOSE this Location IMMEDIATELY!
