It was really nice I enjoyed it. But when we walked in it had a strong smell of weed the fire detector was on the back of the toilet.. there was black stuff on the fitted sheet on the bed assuming it was ash from smoking. We did see small bugs. It was relatively clean. But half of your staff was rude not all but for what you pay for the room be a little nicer.

I enjoyed my stay overall I just feel the room could’ve been cleaner. We saw a spider but nothing else and we stayed two nights. The staff was awesome very helpful with the tech issues we were having in the room. We didn’t get our free pizza but it also wasn’t mentioned to us. Checking in and out was smooth. I definitely plan to return.

We had a couple of little issues with the room and the staff were quick to fix the problems. No place is always perfect, but the maintenance crew is constantly working to make this place even better. In fact, all of the staff was helpful and friendly.nThe room was nice, the hot tub was wonderful, and the steam room surpassed wonderful!!! My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The only real problem we had was that we didn't stay an extra couple of days!!nThis was our first visit to Essence Suites, but it definitely won't be the last!!

The photos on the website are very deceiving! The rooms look nothing like the photos on the website, and are very small. They advertise being a good place to celebrate an anniversary, but I didn't feel this to be true.nWe walked in the room and it smelled heavily of marijuana (we were in a non smoking room). We looked around the room and there was what appeared to be a blood stain on the bed. The bathtub was visually dirty, and so was the area around the tub. We felt uncomfortable using anything in the room. The rooms are way overpriced for what they are.nnI am giving 2 stars because we received a full refund and the staff were kind, otherwise I'd rate this place 1 star.nnI don't recommend Essence Suites.

Not at all what I expected! For the price the rooms should be a lot nicer as far as presentation. Very outdated! I would not recommend if you want elegance. I only gave it 2 stars because the staff was nice. Sorry but I will not go there ever again.
