The women at the front desk were helpful and a pleasure to speak with. Nice place, nice price and good location. Was surprised at the quality of this place for what we paid. Clean, quiet, and the beds were comfortable. Recommended!
We decided to have our room block at Homewood Suites Orland Park and I'm so happy with our decision! Our wedding is in June and Julie has been such a delight to work with. She does whatever she can to make it as smooth as possible, and she has really taken a lot of stress off of this area of planning. I am very happy to be giving Homewood Suites in Orland our business, and I'm looking forward to our guests having just as good of an experience when they stay here in June.
Totally ghetto. Pool was super dirty. Rooms needed updating. Guests were super loud. The parking lot was the worst. Super ghetto screaming match at 3am. This hotel attracts low life’s who do t know how to act like adults.
Wonderful until I called about an extra charge on my bill for $250. I couldn't understand the receptionist on the phone so I told her I will be there in 2 min. she told me she will call the police on me if I came up there to speak with someone else in charge. I guess being black means calling the police first. Very unprofessional!!!!!!!!!
You had to be a bodybuilder to open the shower doors for a less than adequate shower head. The sleeper sofa is a misnomer; the floor might have been more comfortable. Check in staff was great. The staff on Saturday created confusion that caused a stressful situation. Unless you absolutely have to have a dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave, find less expensive accommodations.
