Great service! Needed some watch batteries replaced, I was done in less than 5 minutes and cost me less than anyone else around. Even though I was done I stuck around to talk to Bryan and Ryan, These guys must know what they’re doing because they have a full service shop, a clock repair room, an engraving room, a casting room, 2 watch benches and a 3D printer with a laser scanner. They do literally EVERYTHING in house there. I was amazed. I figured I was just getting a couple watch batteries after I had lunch at Francesca’s, now I have a new jeweler. These guys will blow your mind with what they can do. They were showing me some of their other work they do too, like logo pieces for bands and companies, I ended up staying there about 20 minutes longer than I needed to be because I never knew what really went on behind the scenes in the jewelry business but these guys were more than happy to talk shop with me. Super down to earth people there. Highly recommended. Thanks guys. Be back soon!
After going to a different jeweler, I was referred to Bryan at Cornerstone because they do all their repairs in house. Let me tell you, I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED!!! He was so helpful and friendly and I loved their store. Their shop helper (chocolate Labrador) was so sweet too. I felt so comfortable sitting at the desk after I made a cup of tea and discussed my repairs. I expected they would take a couple weeks but they called me TWO days later and said I could come pick up my stuff! I was amazed my the workmanship and the speed, so much so that I brought in some of my mother’s old jewelry and I’m having Bryan create three custom matching pieces for my sisters and I. I cannot wait to see the finished product. Thank you Cornerstone for being the best jeweler around! I’m telling everyone about you!
