I purchased my first Alex and Ani bracelet today, I am typically a Pandora girl...but my sister has some pieces I thought were adorable so I decided to take a look myself.nThe sales assistant Michael in Orland has the greatest personality he explained what some of the pieces represented and background on the company.nI am now a Alex and Ani girl! I will definitely go back.The piece is beautiful! Great customer service goes a long way.
I went in to see the new pieces, they were advertising The Wizard of Oz line. So, cute. Jordan also showed me the other new items that were in stock. They didnt have any Christmas items out yet. I will be back.

This is probably the worst Alex and Ani store I’ve been to. They were not friendly nor helpful. I understand that it’s the holidays and they are busy, but when I was at the cash register - I didn’t even get a simple hello. It was a super cold and I welcoming interaction. Usually this store has such good vibes and that’s what they’re trying to shoot for... the employees here need to work on their customer service. Even just a smile helps. The cashier was just standing there while I was waiting and then she proceeds to ask me “are you in line” WHILE I WAS STANDING IN LINE FOR 15 minutes.... why else would I be standing there with my bracelet ready to purchase? I love Alex and Ani but I won’t be going back to this one again.
