Susan is an absolutely incredible woman, sales representative and manager. I have had several encounters with my ring not holding up to its quality and she has ALWAYS gone above and beyond to eliminate the stress and headache of repair and so forth. Went in to get a replacement wedding band for my husband, who had lost his. I was waited on by the manager Jeff. He was very helpful and friendly. I wanted a wedding band a little more durable than the last , and Jeff gave me a lot of great info that helped me make my selection. Would definitely recommend this location, and Jeff to all my friends and family.

My experience with Kay Jewelry was very pleasant. I wasn’t there to purchase ,but to drop off a necklace for repair. The gentleman unfortunately I don’t recall his name but he was very pleasant and knowledgeable and patient. I would definitely do business with Kay jewelers in Orland Square Park Chicago.nnAG
