Jonvil was the SWEETEST! She made my experience shopping at the Piercing Pagoda easy and fun! I will not only be back to shop with piercing pagoda, but I will also drive 45 minutes to specifically shop at the one in Orland Park, Illinois!!!

We got are two girls ages 5 & 7 ears pierced for the first time today. We had Neicey and she was amazing are kids loved her and would go back to her again...She took the time to go over everything and are kids loved her also

I’m so so glad I decided not spend my money at this location. The customer service is At all time low. I walked up no one greeted me. meanwhile it’s two ladies at the register acting like doing paper work is better than serving the customers. Mainly no one wanted show me where the nose rings were. If you shop here expect a struggle.
