I have been a customer with Yasini for about 2 years and I absolutely love their customer service. All of the salesmen Saif, Ahmed, Mohammed and Ali are very courteous and kind. I live in CA and they always take their time to make sure I am satisfied. They also have great selection of Jewelery and prices. Not only that shipping is super fast and reliable. I will definitely continue shopping at Yasini. I am speaking abt this location because they have a great team. I have referred many friends and they have all had a great experience. Thank you Yasini!

Great product selection, I have not had an in person purchase experience from this store I bought all the pieces from them over the phone and I would say their customer service needs to be improved, not very responsive if you have a question or product inquiry it made me feel that they don’t care about my purchase or earning my business which is something most retailers here in the US are very careful about

Saif is amazing. Very knowledgeable, Great service, and very competitive pricing. I wouldn't go anywhere else for gold or any type of jewelry.

I had my late mother's signature made out of gold as a mother's day gift for my sister. They did a excellent job! The prices are reasonable for the amount of gold you get. The customer service is really good. I have no complaints whatsoever about this jewelry store. I will continue to shop here and highly recommended them to everyone!
