I just purchased a new time piece from a fantastic sales associate named Liz. She is such a fantastic person. I am somewhat of a watch enthusiast and only buy from a couple of people. I will definitely would buy again from Liz as she is a very genuine person. Non pushy and available. I don't leave many reviews, but I had to acknowledge Liz's outstanding quality's. Everyone in this store is wonderful. As soon as you walk in you are warmly greeted by the security person and a salesperson as well. They allow you time to browse without rushing you and when you’re ready, someone will be ready to assist you. Kacie is my go to person, she is very nice and patient. ( I like to take my time to browse) If you want quality jewelry and awesome people to assist you, shop at James & Sons Fine Jewelers in Orland Park.

James & Sons has always been amazing. My husband purchased my rings here, so I always bring them in every year to get checked out/cleaned/polished. I recently brought some other jewelry here to get repaired and it looks brand new again. Highly recommended!

I am one happy customer! The entire staff was friendly , knowledgeable, and courteous. Liz was very helpful with my purchase and I could not be more happier with my Rolex Daytona. This is a awesome family run business that is about service, quality and prestige. Well done

I decided to pay the Rolex Boutique on Michigan a visit. In comparing the two, this James & Sons location seemed overall more inviting, welcoming, and even more knowledgeable about their watches. Jean was wonderful to work with and made this process so easy for us. She made sure we were left satisfied and was very patient and well-informed in answering all of my mom's questions lol. Jean was super pleasant and made my first luxury purchase a memorable one.
