OUTSTANDING WORKOUT! I feel this is more of an athletic studio than others I've tried in the area. The flow between movements is consistent with little down time, so you get a solid workout in about an hour. I've being doing Pilates for a couple years now and this is by far the best studio in the SW burbs. Kristen is such a talented instructor and knows when to push and more importantly, when not to push you past your ability. Can't wait for my next class!

Both Bianca and Kristen are excellent instructors. My body has improved over this past year, it's become more balanced stronger, leaner. I walk taller and I enjoy my classes, they're very serious instructors, but the class is fun.nthey are very responsive to your body's needs and questions, always giving you advice and tips on how to make life better overall.

K Pilates offers a unique experience of an individualized, challenging full body workout. I guarantee you will feel challenged, stronger and more toned only after just a few sessions. Kristen knows your personal abilities and your potential, which is unique and very hard to find these days. You will not be disappointed.

Great reformer workout! Kristen's classes definitely have helped my golf game as well as my overall fitness level. If you are looking for an alternative to the standard free weight/treadmill workout, I highly recommend giving this place a try.

Kristin is such an amazing instructor. Her attention to detail is unreal.... every muscle in my body feels completely worked after a reformer session at K Pilates. Also, I have bulging discs in my neck so there's quite a lot of workout regimes that just don't suit me. Before I started my pilates I was spending a fortune on chiropractic care, acupuncture. ..etc.nI can't explain how much I need this class.nnIf you are looking for a complete body workout, you need to give K Pilates a try. You will sculpt your abs, legs, arms, and yes ladies, that means the back of your arms too!!!! To be totally honest, I think I'm addicted to it..... imagine being addicted to a workout..... Nice!!! Happy 2016
