The sales associate at Dania Furniture was very helpful. I will admit, I did my research before arriving to the store. The sales associated respected that and was useful in showing me the furniture I wanted to see and further assisted with answering my questions. I did not feel pressured by her. She was attentive and made my shopping experience one that will keep me coming back for future purchases.

I purchased my sectional from the Lombard Dania store back in June, but because I didn't have the best customer service there, I decided to go to Orland Park location in search of a coffee table and media stand. Let me tell you, I am BEYOND HAPPY with the customer service I received at Orland Park Dania!! My salesman Ron Bailey was absolutely awesome. I was looking at a coffee table and media stand and I was hesitant about purchasing it because I wasn't sure if it would match my sectional (which was displayed on the opposite side of the showroom). Ron went the extra mile and offered to move the coffee table to where the sectional was shown, so that I could see those to pieces together. Once I saw the coffee table by the sectional, I was instantly sold. Ron went above and beyond to help me be confident in my choice, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! Because of that awesome experience, will be a forever client of Orland Park Dania! Thanks Ron!

Ms Wood (Orland Park) was a gem! She walked us through all the options for the pieces that were of interest to us. She made our experience easy and quick. She answered all of our questions and made sure we were content prior to completing our transaction. Furthermore, our sofas are unique, comfortable and an excellent fit for our aesthetic. We have since recommended Dania because of our experience.

The sales person was extremely helpful but not pushy. Found what we needed and the sale process was easy with our chairs in store for pick up within 4 days!!!
