I love lovesac; however, there were two reps present when my family and I walked in today and no one said anything. I had to say “hello” in an aggravated way for them to actually speak to us. We walked out immediately after because at that point, our vibe was already ruined. They have to do better.
Sonya was awesome to work with. Knowledgable, patient, and kind. We have yet to receive our couches but are excited based on our experience in the showroom. Anyway, can't beat a lifetime warranty!
Great staff - They are very knowledgable and willing to go the extra mile to help you with what you need.
Only complaint is that I never received any tracking or shipping info. Walked out my front door to $4000 worth of furniture sitting on my porch. Luckily the weather was nice and not raining. In store service was exceptional. Sonya was fantastic and very helpful.
We went to the Orland Park showroom and worked with Sabrina. We have been shopping for a new living room set casually for the past year or so. Sabrina walked us through all the options and had great suggestions for what might work best in our space and our circumstances (a toddler and 2 dogs). Our sactional is due to deliver today and I cannot wait to put it together!
