Heidi helped us and she was just amazing! Very polite and patient. She made our trip to the store enjoyable. You need more staff members like her.
Great selection of high end kitchenware and small appliances, as well as unique food items and preparations. They carry all the top brands of cookware.
They have nice things, but the staff should be more knowledgeable. If I'm going to spend $300 on a pot, they should know something about it, not make things up on the fly.

I usually go to Lincoln park but this was the only one that had the red oven mitts. They have great spices and kitchen appliances.
