I must say, my salesperson has been great. His name is Bill.nnI received half of my order right away. My biggest obstacle has been my sofa, and this is the entire reason for the 1 star review. If I could give this place, and the rest of their office staff a 0, I would.nnToo many games have been played. I bought my furniture in October. My sofa has been rescheduled more than 3 times. I finally got the message that it would be there on Tuesday. Great. Jumped through hoops to take the day off (because I have a job and cannot just take whenever I want off for no reason), and when it came time to confirm delivery, we were told that it would be Wednesday. How do you manage to screw that up? HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE? Especially after text confirmation, and phone confirmation. Their staff needs to get their stuff together......and they really could care less about their customers. I wouldn't waste your money here. Its too late for me, but if I can save someone else a headache, I will.

The sales person (LJ) that greeted me was very helpful and super friendly. She knew exactly the type of mattress that I needed and wasn't high pressure to purchase. I eventually returned and bought the mattress she suggested. All around a great experience.

This was an amazing place to shop for interior things, such as beds, kitchens, living rooms, storage and much more. The RoomPlace has wonderful staff and is very clean. Even though the place is really big, they have a great directory of the place. The warehouse is pretty big so before you go in to find your furniture you might want to either write down the numbers of the products or download the The RoomPlace App which can help you keep track of your things you want. Staff are helpful and friendly. Returns and exchanges are a breeze. Overall this place is fun, enjoyable and just an amazing and splendid shopping experience!

I went to the Orland Park store to buy a bedroom set. Bill Flores attended me, he explained all my questions and clarified my doubts. He made sure the order was charged as he told me. I got a good service with Bill Flores, my next purchase will be with him again.

I love the furniture and sales person SAM but I feel the check out needs work the lady that’s sits in the back With long ponytail did not help and just sat there
