I visited the store to purchase an adjustable base and a mattress. Bill was very nice and made feel comfortable. He showed me the different options and explained the difference in each. I was not rushed to make a decision nor was I coerced into purchasing sowing I didn't want.
My children and I went in to the Orland park location and was assisted immediately.... Bill was the gentleman who greeted us and gave us the information about the amazing pillows we purchased. He even went out and put them in our truck without a coat in a mild blizzard! ud83dude03 wonderful customer service... we will definitely be going back in the future! Thank you Bill! The sales associate, Aaron Hernandez, of Mattress Firm located 14928 S. LaGrange Road was polite, friendly, and above all very professional. He showed and demonstrated the capability of the beautiful mattress firm 600 adjustable base with all necessary items purchased. I am looking forward to enjoying my new bed!
