Such great service we went back twice, we went back to get our living room furniture! Martin is our guy, and he is so accommodating, knowledgeable, and honest, he will make the time to go through everything before you buy and make sure he gives you his honest opinion about what’s better. He knows his stuff! Will always keep coming back to him!

I want to thank Starr and Lola for assisting me today with multiple purchases. I had a bad experience with Art Van this past March. The store filed bankruptcy and kept my money and never delivered my merchandise. After several months I finally decided I was ready to purchase furniture. I visited the Orland Park location. I did the whole mattress comfort testing experience with Starr who went above and beyond. If you need a new mattress she will assist you in finding the right mattress for your sleep comfort level. Lola was very helpful with assisting me with my living room furniture purchase. I loved the customer service, patience and compassion shown to me as I made my furniture choices. I will definitely recommend anyone who is in need of furniture and great customer service to come to this location and see these ladies.

LOVE the URBANOLOGY brand. Awesome selection of home furnishings and the prices are unbelievable! Jim Castro was very attentive to our needs. We found a beautiful set of furniture for our family room. We will be purchasing it soon.

I came just to view a mattress and left with full king bed and living room set. This environment was clean very roomy with social distancing the employees were very helpful and patient with my husband changing his mind, manager was on point and made sure I didn't mess up my protection plan he made sure I had the best for what I was spending. my over all experience was top notch my husband and I were extremely happy as was I we would definitely recommend others coming in to shop.

After comparing prices at several different furniture places, we ended up choosing Ashley’s due to price and customer service! Martin helped us find our bedroom furniture for a reasonable price. He was very knowledgeable about product, answered all questions, and was willing to go above and beyond to make sure we found exactly what we liked. I highly recommend Martin for all of your furniture needs!
