I would have NO Idea if I like the furniture. I am still waiting for a couch and love seat purchased on Jan 4. It’s the end of March and all I am told is that it will be later than expected ( late April / May). I have purchased other items from other vendors ( Ethan Allen and Darvin). They have all been much more effective in handling Covid delays. I am appalled at the patronizing phone calls I get apologizing for the delays. Stop selling furniture and work on delivering it!!
Emily was amazing! She was patient and was a great help. She worked with me to pick out the best piece of furniture for my needs. The store was clean and everyone was pleasant.
Patricia was absolutely amazing! She helped us find the perfect piece to complete our living room and made it such a quick and easy process! We couldn’t be happier with Walter E Smithe in Orland Park and highly recommend them!
We cannot say enough about our wonderful experience!! Danielle is the salesperson who approached us when we walked in your store for the first time and we have been impressed ever since! She has been knowledgeable, helpful, fun, and she is a wonderful designer!! Everything from our first day at the store all the way until delivery has been top notch. We are so happy with everything. The delivery guys did a great job as well. We are in love with everything we purchased and will for a long time. We will be back for any future purchases and highly recommend Danielle and this store!
