If I could give 10 stars I would. Recently I purchased a shower door which somehow or another the hardware was not included. I called, spoke to the manager Claudia. She immediately arranged to have it picked up. The manager Cornelius was a big help as well. Brian from plumbing went to the highest extreme to find another one for me in stock. I am so happy with the impeccable service they provided. They are THE ABSOLUTE BEST ud83dudcaf!!nnThanks so much for going that extra mile!!
I was here looking for 6 x8 dog eared shadow box fence panels. They were out but the associates were so helpful. Their computer showed that they were out of stock and couldn't be ordered, so Jennifer that worked in that area, gave a lot of effort helping me. She went and found 2 other associates to help us. She got me an answer
Slowly going down hill. It's amazing how I have to teach the worker how to do his own job. Why do I know more about products I never used or seen then the salesman trying to sell it to me? Still love the pricing all in all.
Customer service was amazing. Isabel Thank you for helping me charge my phone. I was taking pictures of appliances that I wanted and my phone died. I always keep a spare charger on me so in case of an emergency. She helped me find a outlet and I charge my phone. Thank you Lowes for hiring Isabel. She has great customer service and my experience was amazing.!!!
We had a hard time finding a shark toilet kit that was showing available online. Bryan in plumbing provided great customer service, confirmed the item was on hand, and retrieved the item from a high shelf where we would have undoubtedly never found it. Had we been helped by someone else I don’t think we would have went home with the correct item. Promote this man.
