Had a not so great experience at a different furniture store and went to Value City, hoping for a better experience. Went to this store for an arm chair a few weeks ago and Tim was very helpful. Went back today to get a second chair because we liked the first one so much. Louise helped us this time, super friendly and very helpful as well. Great customer service, very honest advice and pick up times are great even considering the pandemic.

My daughter and I were shopping for her new place. Louise is an excellent sales associate; she made our shopping experience very pleasant with her very reliable product information , suggestions, in stock dates and finance options for several pieces of furniture. Cassie who processed the whole transaction (she's a whiz at the register) and with agreeable delivery dates. Christine the store manager also helped us with the whole transaction. Value City Furniture is lucky to have such a great team at the Orland Park location! Thanks again!!

The staff, including the Manager Chuck Z., provide great customer service. They took time to help me make my purchase decisions and offered great suggestions and ideas. They were very patient and accommodating.nnThe availability of my purchases sucked, but I don't believe that had anything to do with the store and the service they provided.nnI would definitely go back.

Kimmy welcomed us the moment we walked into the store. She gave us a rundown of where everything was and explained the tags on the items and then gave us space to look around and discuss between ourselves. She checked back with us from time to time to see if we had any questions. We enjoyed working with her very much and will shop here again.

Absolutely loving our new modular, reclining sectional. Delivery team arrived earlier than the time frame, but that was okay with me! Only issue I have is that they wore their snowy shoes in our home. The sectional is a light color way and I was paranoid about the snow/dirt getting on the brand new piece of furniture. I realize this is a draw back of furniture purchase in the winter, but I was hoping some sort of plastic wrap would’ve been on their shoes or they would’ve taken off when assembling in our home. Store experience was great!
