Recently bought a Beautyrest K-Class Black at this location, a $4,000 bed, so decided to wait a week or so after receiving it to make sure there were no issues or concerns on my end before reviewing.nnIf you go, make sure to ask for Saul Castillo, he took great care of me, explained a lot about the mattress and its inner-workings, to make sure it was the right bed for me. If you're reading this, you probably know that the mattress game is all about customer service, as in many cases the pricing will be the same across all competitors and both Saul & American Mattress provided that.nnI'm a bigger guy, so needed to make sure I got good support / firmness while still getting that plush feeling. Once ordered he was communicative with me the whole time and helped push my delivery through, within 2 days of my order.
Saul Castillo has great customer service skills. He's very helpful and isn't forceful like most sales people.
